VietSense Travel is committed to protecting your privacy, we use your personal information with the sole purpose of creating your perfect holiday, or to contact you with updates, special discounts or promotions. We do not share your information with any third party.

What information do we require?             
Depending on which service you choose, we require general information - your name in full (exactly as shown in your passport), email address, home address, phone number for contact purposes and nationality.  Should we require more detailed information, ie - specific dietary requirements, we will request these to ensure that we provide the best service possible.
 
How do we collect your personal information?
We collect your data using forms on our website for hotel or tour bookings, and use this information for the sole purpose of planning your trip.  We will only use your information for a possible subscription to our newsletter or to inform you of any special discounts or promotions.  We also request that you complete a feedback form for all, or part of your tour in order for us to improve our services for future customers or your future travels.  You can also agree to receive emails from other Vietsense Travel's clients, should you wish to do.

Payment security 
Payment can be made to VietSense Travel by credit or debit card. We will require your credit/debit card number, which can be emailed or faxed to us, or by phone contact. Emailed or faxed credit/debit card details will be destroyed or deleted after the completion of the booking by both the sender and the receiver

Photography
VietSense Travel occasionally takes photos during your holiday with us for use in promotional material. Unless you advise or inform us otherwise, you consent to the usage of such photographic and video material.
