We had a great cultural experience in Laos and Vietnam on a 13-day private travel package with Viet Prestige. Viet Prestige sent me a proposal that stood out from others- with a clear daily itinerary. The company was easy to work with, created a very engaging itinerary based on what we identified as our interests and expectations.
Over several months we worked with their agent through emails to craft our perfect trip. We had the right blend of culture and history vs fun and relaxation.
Words simply cannot express the awesome job Ms.Thuy Pham did in planning every detail personally. She gave us more than 100% of her attention before the trip and during our time. We shared almost a personal relationship during the process that we even met for lunch in Hanoi! Thuy took the time to share our travel experiences mid-way through the trip. That gave us a true feeling of “Vietnam Hospitality”.

We were so pleased with her suggestions. She was amazing to work with, she responded to all our requests and questions with lighting speed. She made a good selection of hotels and their locations as well as the Halong Bay Cruise. The hotels picked were the perfect blend of local luxury. She planned our tour program with great precision being helpful and clear in her emails and text messages. On several occasions our hotel rooms were upgraded and enjoyed a complementary dinner by the hotel.
Our drivers were friendly, helpful and informative. Tour guides were hand-picked by Ms. Thuy and they were knowledgeable, flexible and caring. Our itinerary took us to known and unknown places letting us discover the country and its people by car, train, boat, and tuk-tuk. We took market tours, boat tours, cooking classes, and stopped to eat with the locals. We explored historical and religious venues, as well as the wonderful country side. It was a rewarding trip because it was so beautifully planned and all went smoothly. 

Looking back, we would not change a thing. It was the trip of a lifetime, and we want to thank the team at Viet Prestige for all their efforts. Everyone involved created some amazing memories .
