I am just back from my unforgettable Vietnam trip. You know for a country like Vietnam, a lot of things are neither properly known or advertized. Though it offers breathtaking views of many types of landscapes, it's hardly as popular as other tourist destinations in Asia or Europe. I am happy to say that VietSense Travel has topped in all my checkboxes of expectation. All I had to do was to have a couple of round of discussions with their highly experienced person and finalize the tailor made trip for us. One doesn't need to think beyond that. They arrange everything so scrupulously with a superb time management that you can't but have to praise them. While this exceeds one's standard, they further extends their warm support by meeting you personally in Hanoi with a smile and gift. I got their continued help throughout my travel as they kept in touch so well with me. Even I can recall their beyond office hour effort to not only sort out a minor problem in one hotel but also provide a free upgrade which was amazing. All of their guides and drivers are cordial and equally punctual.

Though I spoke about the organization, I have mention here that I had a sole point of contact with their representative Ms Thuy Pham who handled things so meticulously that we never actually faced any delay or gap in service anywhere. I would like to laud her work and the service provided by the agency through her and wish them good luck. Shall definitely refer and lookup to them for any Indochina related travels.
