Best trip ever

Thuy Pham of VietSense Travel arranged our whole trip in Vietnam and Cambodia which included a Mekong river cruise on the Jahan. She thought of every detail and arranged for private pick ups from Ho Chi Minh City and Siem Reap airports, hotels and tours in both cities and the Mekong river Cruise on the Jahan. 

Tours were arranged by Thuy before and after the cruise and the guides provided an excellent service and were extremely well informed about the history of the countries and the sites we visited. Similarly the guides provided for the tours from the cruise had a wealth of knowledge and kept us interested - and amused at times ! The Jahan cruise was excellent and the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff on the ship.

Thuy provided us with a trip to remember and listened and responded to all our queries prior to the trip. She could not have been more helpful and even answered our repeated questions on the Visa applications and provided us with a letter to ensure that our passage through the airport was relatively easy. She also provided an emergency 24 hour telephone number should we need it during our trip.

We felt that we were very well looked after and the attention to detail by Thuy was superb. We shall certainly use VietSense Travel again !
